Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Certain items, such as perishables or personalized goods, may not be eligible for refunds.
Refund Process

You may be required to provide photos or further details about the item. Once your refund request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Refund Method
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account.
Exclusions
Non-returnable items include:

- Certain health and personal care items
Customized or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
